Using Miro
When you sign up to Miro, you will be asked a few questions about your company, and how you want to use the whiteboard. (You don't have to answer all of them, if they don't apply - You can just click continue and go to the next section.
Next you have the option to invite team members. You can send them a link or invite from Slack or Gmail contacts. Either invite your team or 'Skip for now'
Then, you will be given options for a template. Choose the area you will be working in. The options are Ideation and Brainstorming, Mapping and Diagraming, Strategy and planning, Resarch and Design, Agile Workflows, Meetings and Workshops, or you can start with a blank canvas.
There are loads of Templates! You can access them on the left hand menu.
Moving around the bord is easy and smooth. Select Mouse or track pad from the options. On a track pad, just zoom in and out by pinching. You can zoom out and get an overview of everything, and zoom back in to work on a specific page. Slide along with two fingers on the track pad. Or with a mouse simply right click and drag. Pop up instructions help you out on you first time on the board.

There are lots of ways to use miro, using either the templates or creating something unique.
For even more templates, click on Miroverse in the left hand menu in the dashboard. Here you can find templates and design from other users. You can even crate and share your own too!

There are some good features in Miro. For example you can create voice recordings, and there are a selection of emojis under 'reactions', which you can use to express yout thoughts. when you click on one it pops up onto the screen, momentarily.
The Voting Feature, along with video chat and timer can only be accessed with the upgraded plan.
Can I Export My Whiteboard?
Yes, you can export your whiteboard from Miro in several formats, here are the details:
Exporting as PDF
You can export your entire Miro board as a PDF. To do this, open the export menu in the top-left corner of the board, select "Save as PDF," choose the desired file size (Small, Medium, Large, or Vector), and click "Export".
Exporting Specific Frames as PDF
If you only need to export certain frames, select the frames you want to export while holding the Shift key, or drag the selection field across the content. Then, click the three dots on the context menu and choose "Export as PDF".
Exporting as Image
You can export an individual frame or the entire board as an image. To export a frame, select the frame, click the three dots on the context menu, and choose "Export as image." For the entire board, select all objects with Ctrl + A (Windows) or ⌘ + A (Mac), and then choose "Export as image" from the context menu.
Exporting to CSV
You can also export the content of your board to a CSV file by selecting the "Export to spreadsheet (CSV)" option on the board export menu.
Limitations
High-quality resolution export without a watermark may not be available on all plans. Additionally, exporting frames with a large number of objects might cause disruptions, so it's recommended to divide large boards into smaller ones for optimal performance.

While you can create as many boards as you want, only the three most recently created boards are available for editing and collaboration. The rest of the boards are locked in a view-only mode.
Basic Collaboration Tools
All team members can view, comment, or edit the active boards, depending on the board owner's settings.
Features include basic sharing settings, where all boards created in a free team are automatically shared with the whole team.
Access to Templates and Integrations
